Clubhouse

Located at 11893 W. Long Circle. The clubhouse may be rented for private social functions.

See the Calendar of Events (web) to see what's happening this month. To see an event, click on the event for more details. Please keep in mind that community events already on the schedule will take precedent over rental requests.

The Clubhouse can be rented for a partial or full day at the following rates:

District Residents

$100.00 for a half day rental, plus a refundable security deposit of $350.00
$200.00 for a full day rental, plus a refundable security deposit of $350.00

Non-Residents

$350 per event plus a refundable security deposit of $500.00
In addition, non-resident must sign up for a household membership at $700 per year

WI-FI is available. The maximum occupancy is 92.

Please note the awning should not be used on windy days.
