Located at 11893 W. Long Circle, the community clubhouse may be rented for private social functions, by residents of the Dancing Willows community. 

See the Calendar of Events (web) to see what's happening this month. To see an event, click on the event for more details. Please keep in mind that community events already on the schedule will take precedent over rental requests. 

The Clubhouse can be rented for a partial or full days at the following rates:

• $100.00 for a half day rental, plus a refundable security deposit of $350.00
• $200.00 for a full day rental, plus a refundable security deposit of $350.00

Please note that only Dancing Willows residents are permitted to rent the clubhouse. Residents who rent the clubhouse need to be present at the relevant function. 

WI-FI is available. The maximum occupancy is 92.

Please note the awning should not be used on windy days.
