ANNUAL PUBLIC MEETING NOTICE AND AGENDA

REQUIRED BY SECTION 32-1-903(6)(a), C.R.S.

 

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an annual public meeting of the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of the Dancing Willows Metropolitan District (the “District”), Jefferson County, Colorado, will be held on Thursday, December 4, 2025, at 6:30 p.m., at the Dancing Willows Clubhouse located at 11893 W Long Circle, Littleton, CO 80127.   

 The meeting is open to the public. No official action will be taken by the Board.

 

AGENDA

1. Call to Order
2. Update regarding the status of public infrastructure projects within the District.
3. Update regarding status of outstanding bonds, if any.
4. Review of unaudited financial statements
5. Open floor for questions: Members of the public may ask questions about the District. The Board may determine how much time is reserved for questions for each individual speaker.
6. Adjournment
